1. Choose a dedicated area. This could be:
🛏️ An entire room you feel safe in like your bedroom
🛋️ A quiet corner that feels like yours
🪑 A single chair that is meaningful to you
2. Set a boundary.
🗣️ Allow this space to be known to friends or loved ones you may reside with so they may respect it
* If your external environment is chaotic, create an inner sanctuary through visualization (See Aligned Action 2 Below)
1. Clear the clutter. A chaotic space creates a chaotic mind.
🌿 Purify your area physically and energetically with palo santo, sage, agua florida, or any other clearing herb or magical water
2. Supply grounding elements:
🕯️ Soft lighting (candles, salt lamps, fairy lights)
🪴 Earth elements (crystals, plants, wooden textures)
🌹 Sacred scents (palo santo, sage, lavender, sandalwood)
🎶 Healing sounds (binaural beats, Tibetan bowls, ocean waves)
3. Activate protection & intention.
💬 Speak this over your space with your hand on your heart:
"This is my sacred sanctuary. I allow only the highest, loving frequencies to reside here. In this space I will show myself grace, compassion, and loving understanding. I am on my path to remembered wholeness."
1. Dedicate 5-10 minutes daily to just being in this space whether it is for:

2. Each time you enter, anchor into presence:
🫁 Take a deep breath and exhale any tension
👇 Touch an object in your space to ground yourself (a crystal, blanket, or plant)

* Over time, your nervous system will associate this space with immediate peace and transformation
1. Find a quiet moment, even if just a few minutes.
🧘 Close your eyes and disconnect from the outer world
2. Anchor into your breath and somatic safety.
👃 Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, deep into your belly
🫁 Hold your breath for 7 seconds
🌬️ Exhale with an audible sigh through your mouth for 8 seconds
🔁 Repeat this breath work until you feel calm and safe in your body
〜 Begin to breathe at 5 1/2 seconds in and out with no begining and no end.
3. Create your sanctuary's portal.
🧠 Focus your awareness into the upper back of your head
👤 Allow yourself to detach from your thoughts in a state of present awareness by creating a portal to intentionally send your thoughts and feelings into, until you feel blissfully empty
🚪 Create a golden door that opens to your inner sanctuary. Once it is fully formed and you are ready to enter, step through it and shut the door behind you
1. Ask yourself: Where do I feel safest?
Envision:
🌳 A secluded and lush forest • 🏔️ A quite mountaintop temple • 🏝️ A peaceful tropical island
Anchor:
👣 Feel the ground beneath you, allowing yourself to feel stable and unshakable.
2. What does it look like? Notice the:

🌈 Colors • 🌱 Textures • 🌤️ Lighting
Anchor:
👇 Touch something in your space, what do you feel? Smooth stone, flowing water, sacred fabric?
3. What does it sound like?
Envision:
🍃 A gentle breeze through leaves • 🔥 A crackling fire • 〜 Absolute stillness
Anchor:
👂 Listen intently, what do you hear? Sacred chanting, a distant river, or just deep stillness?
4. What does it feel like?
Envision:
☔️ Cool mist surrounding you • 🌿 A soft bed of moss beneath you •☀️Warm sunlight beaming down on you
Anchor:
👃 Breathe in the air, what does it smell like? Sandalwood, wildflowers, or fresh rain?
1. Affirm internally to yourself:
✨ "This is my sacred space. I am untouchable here. I am safe, I am free, I am me."
2. No one enters unless you allow them.
✋ This is YOUR fortress of peace and sovereignty
3. If stress or fear tries to pull you out:
🚪 Visualize closing a door, sealing yourself in safety
1. Adventure around your sanctuary to find where you feel the most resonantly powerful.
🧘 This will feel like tingles in your body
🔥 A soft and glowing heat in your body
💫 A surge of power from your ground or crown
💭 A quite, deep internal knowing
2. Sit in lotus position in this area to use your unique Source Connection.
🌈 Open and align your chakras starting with your root and ending at your crown
🌱 Allow your root to descend deep into the core of your sanctuary connecting with it's power
