Today initiates the holy purge. Shadow work is not only softness, it is also fire, trembling, catharsis.
Many of your shadows were built in moments when it was unsafe to express what you truly felt. This practice opens space to feel that backlog, to move it with reverence, and to let it burn in a container of safety. Then, with ash still warm, you’ll be guided into the deeper fire: forgiveness.
Not because they deserve it. Not because you forget. But because you are ready to stop carrying what was never yours to keep. This is the sacred medicine of flame and freedom.

not empty, but holy. I am the blessing I waited for.”
✨ What anger have I held because it was never safe to express it?
✨ Who or what am I still carrying in my body through resentment or grief?
✨ Can I forgive not to excuse, but to return to my own peace?
You have walked through your own fire and made it sacred.
This is not about getting over the past. This is about no longer letting it own your nervous system, your breath, your future.
Rage and grief are not shameful, they are signals that you have loved deeply, hurt deeply, and are now healing honestly.
Let today be the day you unclench. Let it be the day you rise from flame into freedom.
