1. Sit or lie down comfortably.
🌿 Close your eyes and breathe into your belly.
2. Scan your body
💫 Bring awareness slowly from your crown to your toes
🔎 Notice sensations, tension, or heat.
🌊 Wherever you feel heaviness or tightness, pause and breathe there.
💭 Ask softly: “What are you holding?”
🔥 Trust the first image, memory, or feeling that arises.
1. Place a hand over the area where the sensation felt strongest.
🌗 Ask within: “What did I need then that I could not receive?”
💥 Let the body answer without logic but through image, color, word, or sensation.
👤 Whisper back, “I see you now. I will not abandon you again.”
1. In your journal, write a letter to what was buried.
🪶 Begin with “Dear Forgotten One.”
💧 Let your pen move without censorship of the anger, grief, confusion, love, whatever arises, all is welcome.
🌹 When finished, sign the letter as your current self and write: “I am listening now.”
1. Read the letter aloud once.
🌬️ After reading each paragraph, exhale deeply through the mouth
💫 With each exhale, visualize the words transforming into light, rising from the soil of your being.
1. Light a candle and say aloud:
🔥 “From shadow to flame, I honor what I once buried.”
💗 Imagine the buried pieces returning home to your heart, glowing softly, no longer hidden
🕊 Sit in stillness for a few minutes, allowing warmth to spread through your body
“I am the keeper of what was lost, the witness of what was wept.
I open the tombs within me, not to suffer again,
but to sanctify what I once hid.
Every forgotten part now breathes in light,
every silence now sings my name.”
