Feel To Integrate
Ceremony happens in the unseen, but your body still holds the memory.
Movement is the medicine that lets integration take form. When you stretch, tremble, sway, or rest, you allow the unspoken threads of your journey to weave through the body’s wisdom. This is how you walk the medicine, not just remember it.
The more fully you move, the more wholly you return. There is no choreography here, only communion.
🌿 Release stagnant energy and emotion held in the body
🔥 Activate the body’s natural pathways for integration
💃 Reclaim intuitive, expressive movement as sacred practice
🫁 Ground spiritual insight into physical embodiment
🌊 Cultivate nervous system regulation and emotional flow
🕊 Feel more alive, connected, and sovereign in your body
1 • Intuitive Movement Practice
Let your body lead in freeform, uncensored motion guided by breath and sensation.
2 • Somatic Emotional Release Ritual
Use sound, movement, and breath to express and release unprocessed emotional residue.
3 • Sacred Stretching Sequence
A slow, reverent movement flow to elongate, soften, and ground the body temple.
4 • Dance of Integration
Choose music that mirrors your inner world and move with full presence and creative expression.
5 • Stillness as Movement
Practice conscious stillness, letting internal micro-movements become the integration language.
1. Prepare your space
🕯 Light a candle or burn sacred smoke
🎶 Choose music without lyrics (or silence) to support your drop-in
🧣 Place a soft cloth, mat, or sheepskin beneath your feet
2. Enter the space intentionally
🌬 Take three deep belly breaths
🫀 Say: “Body, I’m listening. Show me what needs to move.”
🕊 Let the ritual begin without needing a plan
1. Let the body lead
🌀 Begin with the smallest movement, fingers, neck, breath
🦶 Shift weight slowly, roll your spine, open the shoulders
🫁 Trust any tremble, sway, stillness, or stretch that arises
2. Release control
🎭 Let go of looking good, doing it right, or holding back
💧 Cry, yawn, hum, or moan if it arises, all is welcome
🔥 Say: “There is no performance. Only presence.”
1. Tune in to sensation
🌊 Ask: “Where do I feel tension or holding?”
🎨 Move from that place, allow it to speak through gesture
🌬 Use breath to animate and soften stuck places
2. Allow the medicine to move through
💃 Let your dance become prayer
🪶 Say: “I move not to escape, but to remember”
🕯 When complete, return to stillness and place your hands on your heart
1. Create a safe container for release
🕯 Dim the lights or close your eyes
🫀 Place one hand on your heart, one on your lower belly
🌬 Breathe in slowly through the nose, exhale with sound
2. Invite the emotion forward
💭 Ask gently: “What is ready to be felt and freed?”
🌊 Name the emotion if you can, sadness, rage, fear, grief
📿 Say: “I allow this feeling to move through, not stay stuck”
1. Use your voice to open the channel
🔊 Tone, hum, sigh, or release sound without words
🔥 If needed, scream into a pillow or let out guttural sounds
🕊 Let sound carry the weight the body has held in silence
2. Move with the energy of the emotion
💃 Shake, stomp, pulse, or rock to let the feeling guide the motion
🌪 Follow your body's rhythm, not the mind's choreography
🫁 Breathe into the epicenter of sensation and move from that place
1. Soothe the nervous system
🧘 Come to stillness, seated or lying down
🫶 Wrap your arms around yourself or use a weighted blanket
🌬 Inhale peace, exhale the residue of the release
2. Bless the emotional body
🕯 Say aloud: “Thank you for speaking. I will no longer silence you.”
💖 Place your hand over your heart and offer gentle touch
🌙 Whisper: “I feel, and I am free”
1. Ground into intention
🕯 Light a candle or touch the Earth
🌬 Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts, exhale for 6
🪷 Say: “I soften into presence. I lengthen into truth.”
2. Prepare the body gently
🤲 Roll the shoulders slowly forward and back
🧍 Stand tall or lie down, whatever feels most supportive
🌀 Let the spine begin to unfurl naturally
1. Open the spine and heart
🧘♀️ Cat-Cow: On hands and knees, alternate arching and rounding the spine
🫁 Inhale to open the chest, exhale to round and tuck
🌊 Move with breath, not force for 5–8 rounds
2. Stretch the back body
🌙 Forward fold: From standing or seated, hinge at the hips and drape forward
💪 Soften the neck, let the arms dangle or hold opposite elbows
🌀 Feel the spine release with gravity
3. Open the hips and root
🦋 Butterfly pose: Sit with soles of the feet together, knees wide
🫁 Inhale to lengthen the spine, exhale to fold forward gently
🦴 Breathe into the inner thighs and pelvic bowl
4. Melt the side body
🌬 Seated side bend: Extend one arm overhead and lean to the opposite side
🫁 Inhale to stretch the ribs open, exhale into the earth
🔁 Repeat both sides, then return to center
1. Integrate the space within
🤲 Lie in Savasana or supported recline
🌌 Breathe slowly and visualize light filling the body
💭 Say: “I make space within me for all that is becoming”
2. Offer a final touch of gratitude
🧘♀️ Sit up gently and bring palms together at the heart
🙏 Bow your head in reverence to your own unfolding
🌟 Whisper: “I return to myself, soft and sovereign”
1. Set your sonic altar
🎶 Choose a playlist or song that mirrors your current inner world
🕯 Light a candle and dim the lights or close your eyes
🌬 Say: “I give myself to the rhythm of remembrance”
2. Bless the body before movement
🫀 Place hands on your heart and sacral or hara
💭 Ask: “How does my soul want to move today?”
🕊 Let your breath become the first movement
1. Let sensation lead
🌪 Start slowly as you sway, pulse, spiral from your center
🦶 Move your feet as if praying to the Earth
🌊 Let arms, spine, hips, and breath follow instinct, not form
2. Release through rhythm
🔥 Stomp, shake, twist, undulate to let sound guide expression
💃 Move with your full self as raw, messy, sacred
💧 Cry, laugh, sigh, moan, all movement is medicine
1. Land in silence
🧎Come to stillness standing, kneeling, or lying down
💫 Let the echoes of the dance ripple through your body
🔥 Say: “I’ve danced with what I couldn’t speak”
2. Anchor what has moved
🤲 Place your hands on your heart and belly
⚡️ Whisper: “What moved is now integrated”
💤 Rest. You’ve become the ritual.
1. Prepare the body for stillness
🕯 Sit, lie down, or stand comfortably in a quiet space
🌬 Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale through the mouth
🫶 Say: “I meet the movement within stillness”
2. Open the inner field
👀 Soften the gaze or close your eyes
🪶 Scan the body from crown to toes, noting any inner sensations
🫁 Breathe into any tension without trying to fix it
1. Feel the micro-movements
🧬 Notice the pulsing of blood, breath, and energy
🫀 Feel the heartbeat, the twitch of a finger, the shift in posture
🪷 Let stillness reveal the sacred choreography within
2. Listen for the unspoken
👁 Ask: “What is integrating now?”
💭 Let images, emotions, or memories surface naturally
🕊 No need to interpret just simply allow
1. Touch the truth
🤲 Place both hands over the heart or womb space
📿 Say: “Even in stillness, I am in motion. Even in silence, I am heard.”
🌟 Rest into the wholeness that needs no performance
2. Offer a closing blessing
🌱 Whisper: “I trust the slow unfolding of my becoming”
🦋 Let the body stay soft for as long as it desires
🌌 You are the movement. You are the integration.
"I let my body become the altar,
each motion a prayer,
each breath a homecoming.
I do not move to perform,
I move to remember."
✨ Where have I silenced my body’s truth to stay in control?
✨ What emotions feel too big to move through me?
✨ Can I let movement be messy, sacred, and enough?
Your body is the drum, the rhythm, the ritual.
Every shake is a shedding, every sway is a song.
There is no wrong way to move through what you’ve been given.
You do not need choreography, only permission.
Move like someone who trusts their own becoming.
