1. The Cradle of Presence
🧎Lie upon the back or sit with the spine tall and the head balanced like a crown.
🤲 Interlace the fingers and place the hands behind the head, cradling the base of the skull (the occiput).
🌊 Allow the weight of the head to be fully supported by the palms, releasing the responsibilities of your day.
2. The Horizon Gaze (Right)
👁 Keeping the head perfectly still and facing forward, move only the eyes to the far right.
💥 Look as far as comfortable without straining.
⇲ Maintain this gaze toward the periphery, holding the focus.
3. The Physiological Sigh
👁️ Continue to hold the gaze to the right for thirty to sixty seconds.
🌬️ Wait for a biological signal of release as a deep sigh, a spontaneous yawn, or a gentle swallow. This is the physical "click" of the nervous system shifting into a state of "Libra" harmony.

1. Lie down on your back, arms by your sides.
👣 Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall down to the sides into a reclined butterfly position.
🦋 Call upon the essence of the butterfly to guide your release, embodying it's frequency of etheric spirit of light and flow.
2. Keep pressing your feet together and very slowly bring the knees towards each other.
💥 Your legs might start shaking and releasing trauma and tension from the hips.
🌬️ Breathe into this sensation when it arises, allowing the essence of the butterfly to carry it away to pollinate the spirit world.
Allowing your body to become the essence of the mountain tells your nervous system through the gentle force of gravity that you are here, safe, and now. Create a solid sense of grounding from your day by inviting the earth spirits in to aid your lunar transition.

1. Lie down on your back with a pillow under your lower back, upper back and head.
🦵 Keep your knees bent and hip width apart.
🏔️ Channel the essence of the mountains, calling upon the earth spirits to guide your grounding with grace.
2. Open up your arms to the sides, palms facing up.
👁️ Close your eyes focusing your your third eye.
🪷 Breathe in your natural cadence.
⏱️ Hold this position for 3 -5 minutes.
Allow your body to feel supported by sensing the roots of mother earth wrapping your body in a supportive hold.
🌸 Sense any flowers that may begin to sprout as you allow yourself to relax deeper into this grounding ritual.
3. When finished, move your hands mindfully to your heart.
💚 Send loving gratitude to mother earth and the earth spirits for holding you as well as your physical body for carrying youthrough your day.
4. Move mindfully into your next position when you are ready.
Invite the essence of the mighty river to carry all threads of energy you released through out your day to be reclaimed in your power center. This ritual also releases any residing tension in your hips, lower back, and legs. Mindfully move your legs and pelvis to find areas of tightness and allow for a gentle release, so you may reclaim.

1. Lie flat on the back and place your hips against the wall or slightly away.
💪 Place your arms in any comfortable position.
2. Close your eyes and relax.
🪷 Surrender into the essence of the somatic safety you have created
3. Receive your energy threads back to you.
✨ As you are resting in this position, focus your awareness on your solar plexus.
🌊 Call upon the essence of the mighty river, flowing from the tops of your feet down into the resevoirs of your solar plexus.

4. When you are finished, mindfully move your feet down to meet your glutes, giving yourself a good hug around your knees.

1. Line your back with your legs straight and arms relaxed at your sides.
👣 Let your feet fall to a natural position and rest your palms facing up.
👁️ Close your eyes. Breathe naturally. Allow your body to feel heavy on the ground.
2. Release each part of your body, organ and cell, relax your eyes, and bring attention to your breath.
✨ Focus your awareness beginning at the crown of your head and work your way down to your toes giving gratitude to, and smiling at each organ thanking them for their miracles.
3. When you finish, wiggle your fingers and toes, slowly reawakening your body.
🙌 Stretch your arms overhead for a full body stretch.
4. Bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side, keeping your eyes closed.
💪 Use your bottom arm as a pillow while you rest in fetal position for a few breaths.
5. If you are inbed, drift off to a peaceful sleep. If not, mindfully move to your next lunar power down.
